Members wanting to book in prior to the ending of their current shift must do the following:
- Please check with your Coordinator/ Captain or Supervisor to ensure you are not needed the following day, and that the production is following Article B1.11 language regarding Dispatch and Layoff.
- You can then book yourself available in Dispatch no more than one (1) hour prior to the end of your current shift.
This applies to members only and does not apply to non-member permittees.
It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that they have had enough hours of rest between shifts with respect to both the Motion Picture Industry Hours of Service regulations and potential safety issues.
