Per the motion passed at the General Meeting and approved by the Executive Board, the following is the policy regarding gym membership reimbursement.
- Memberships for a gym or fitness facility will be reimbursed at 75% up to a maximum of $500. per calendar year.
- Reimbursement will be deducted from the $1000. total annual allowance from the Training and Education Reimbursement Program.
- Reimbursement is for Members only. No Family or Dependent memberships.
- Submissions for reimbursement will be once a year for the total expenditure.
- NO monthly reimbursements. If paying monthly, all receipts must be submitted at the same time for one total payment.
GYM MEMBERSHIP REIMBURSEMENT
